UdalFit — Data Deletion Request
⚠️ This action is permanent. Deleting your account removes all your personal data, health records, meal logs, subscription history, and coach conversations from our servers. This cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number
- Body Metrics: Height, weight, age, gender, fitness goals
- Health Data: Health conditions, dietary preferences, activity levels
- Meal Logs: All food scan history and manual entries
- Coach Conversations: All chat history with Raghu (AI Coach)
- Consultation Records: Booked sessions and past consultations
- Subscription Data: Plan history (note: active subscriptions must be cancelled separately via App Store / Google Play)
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1 — Delete from the App Fastest
Open UdalFit → Go to Profile → Tap Settings → Scroll to Delete Account. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email Request
Send us an email from the address linked to your UdalFit account. Include your registered email and phone number (if applicable) in the request.

Timeline
We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been fully deleted from our systems.
Note on Active Subscriptions
Deleting your UdalFit account does not automatically cancel your subscription on the App Store or Google Play. Please cancel your subscription manually before requesting account deletion to avoid future charges.
- iOS (App Store): Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → UdalFit → Cancel
- Android (Google Play): Play Store → Subscriptions → UdalFit → Cancel
